At Planet Exclusive, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
We understand plans can change. To keep our process fair and transparent, cancellations are handled as follows.
1. Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled before dispatch (i.e., before a shipping label is created) receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your order entering the dispatch queue.
2. After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, we’ll process a return once the item reaches our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less actual shipping costs. We do not impose a restocking or administrative fee.
3. How to Cancel

2. Provide your order number and request cancellation.
3. If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation will be confirmed immediately. If it has shipped, we will guide you through the return process.
