Order Cancellation Terms
• Before Shipping Label Creation:
• Orders cancelled before a shipping label is generated are eligible for a full refund issued as store credit.
• If you prefer a refund via your original payment method, a 4.50% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway and platform fees + 2% administration fees.
• After Order Has Been Shipped:
• If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, store credit will be issued for the eligible amount minus a 35% restocking and handling charge. The credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
