Claim Warranty

Products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, unless the product page states a different period.

What is covered

Manufacturing faults that appear under normal household use.

What is not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

International versions

For products marked as international versions, warranty support is handled by Planet Exclusive. The brand’s service centres in India may not accept them.

Faults found soon after delivery

If an item is defective when you receive it, contact us within 14 days of delivery. It is treated as a defective item under our Return & Refund Policy and replaced free of charge.

How to make a claim

1. Email hello@planetexclusive.in with your order number, the product name, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video.
2. Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement.
