Product Authenticity

Every product we sell is genuine and brand-new.

1. Where our products come from

We buy from the brands themselves, their authorised distributors, and trusted international retailers and suppliers. We do not sell replicas or imitations, and we do not sell used or refurbished products as new.

2. International versions

Some products are imported from other markets and are not India-market models. Where this applies, the product page says so, including the plug type and how warranty support works. Products imported specifically for your order are marked “Imported to order”.

3. Our relationship with brands

Planet Exclusive is an independent retailer operated by Smart Products, New Delhi. We are not the official website of the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless a product page says so. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell.

4. Counterfeit products

We do not list, sell or source counterfeit or imitation goods, and we will cancel any order that asks us to.

5. Reporting a concern

If you believe a product is not genuine, or you own intellectual property that you think is being misused on our website, email hello@planetexclusive.in with the product link and details. We review every report and remove listings where needed.
