We are an independent multi-brand retailer curating premium, hard-to-find products from around the world β from coffee and kitchen to wellness, audio, baby and lifestyle. Every item we sell is 100% genuine, sourced only through legitimate and traceable channels.
We do not deal in counterfeit, replica, βdupeβ, βinspired byβ, or unlicensed products under any circumstance.

What We Consider Counterfeit Products
For Planet Exclusive, βcounterfeit productsβ are defined in line with Google Merchant Centerβs Counterfeit goods policy.
A counterfeit product is any item that:
β’ Uses a brandβs name, logo, trademark or other identifying features without the brand ownerβs authorization, or Β
β’ Is presented as being made by a particular brand when it is not, or Β
β’ Is an imitation or copy of a branded product that may confuse customers into believing it is genuine.
This includes, for example, products marketed or described as βfakeβ, βreplicaβ, βdupeβ, βknock-offβ, βcopyβ, βcloneβ, βinspired by [Brand]β or similar terms, as well as products that use a brandβs name or logo on packaging, product pages or advertisements without permission.
In line with this definition and Googleβs Counterfeit goods policy:
β’ We do not advertise or sell counterfeit, replica or βdupeβ products. Β
β’We do not allow counterfeit-style language in our product titles, descriptions, images, metadata or ads. Β
β’ If any product cannot be verified as genuine, it is not listed or is removed from Planet Exclusive.

How We Source Our Products
We take our sourcing extremely seriously. For every brand we carry, we follow one or more of these channels:
β’ Purchase directly from the brand or brand-owned webshop
β’ Purchase from the brandβs authorised distributors or import partners
β’ Work with established official wholesale partners who themselves buy only from the brand or its authorised network
For certain brands, we are an authorised partner or work directly with their appointed distributors. In every case, we only list products where we are confident in the legitimacy of the supply chain.
Where available, we maintain:
β’ Purchase invoices
β’ Import / customs documentation
β’ Agreements or letters confirming authorised supply or distribution
These documents can be shared, where appropriate, to help verify authenticity.

Parallel Imports & International Products
Some products on Planet Exclusive are parallel imports β genuine items purchased from official channels outside India.
Key points:
β’ These products are still 100% genuine and identical to those sold in their home markets.
β’ Packaging, manuals or plugs may sometimes reflect the original market (for example, EU/UK/US versions).
β’ Warranty support may follow international terms and conditions. In those cases, we clearly mention warranty details on the product page.
Whenever an item is a parallel import, we state this in the product description and explain how warranty and support work, so you can make an informed choice.

Our Internal Checks & Controls
To protect our customers and our partners, we:
β’ Carefully vet suppliers before buying from them
β’ Keep documentation of our purchases and imports
β’ Regularly review listings to ensure accurate use of brand names, models and images
β’ Immediately remove any listing that is suspected to be non-genuine or incorrectly described
β’ Train our team to understand and flag any potential counterfeit risks
If we ever identify a product that does not meet our authenticity standards, we will:
β’ Remove it from sale
β’ Notify affected customers if necessary
β’ Investigate and, if required, terminate the supplier relationship

All trademarks, logos, product names and brand identities on Planet Exclusive remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
We use brand names and logos only to identify the original products we sell, to help customers recognise and choose genuine items. Planet Exclusive is an independent retailer and is not the official website of these brands, unless clearly stated for specific cases.
