These terms apply to every purchase from planetexclusive.in. The website is operated by Smart Products, Tribhuvan Complex, Okhla, New Delhi 110065 (GSTIN 07AFKFS4416D1Z2), trading as Planet Exclusive. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Planet Exclusive is an independent retailer. We are not the official website of the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless a product page says so. See our Product Authenticity page for how we source products.

2. Using our website

You must be 18 or older to place an order and must give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information from the brand. Some products are international versions rather than India-market models; where this applies, the product page says so, including the plug type. Colours may look slightly different on screen.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST and, for imported-to-order items, import duties. Standard shipping is free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. In each case you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy, including the rules for imported-to-order items.

8. Warranty

9. Intellectual property

The Planet Exclusive name and logo and our original website content belong to Smart Products. Brand names, logos, product images and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Complaints

Email hello@planetexclusive.in or call 1800 309 2822. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
