2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our carrier’s website or visit the Order Status page.
3. How do I start a return or exchange?
Refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact hello@planetexclusive.in or call 1800 309 2822 within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship select items internationally. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact us for specific locations and rates.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

7. Does Planet Exclusive allow the sale or request of counterfeit or unauthorised products?
No. Planet Exclusive strictly prohibits the listing, sale, purchase, request, or promotion of counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorised goods.
Users must not request or attempt to obtain non-genuine products. Any violation may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action.
