Shipping Policy

Planet Exclusive is operated by Smart Products, Tribhuvan Complex, Okhla, New Delhi 110065 (GSTIN 07AFKFS4416D1Z2). This policy explains where we deliver, what shipping costs and how long delivery takes.
1. Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on every order. No shipping fee is added at checkout. We do not offer express shipping at the moment.
2. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within India only, to most PIN codes. If your PIN code is not accepted at checkout, email us and we will check the options with our courier partners.
3. Delivery times
- In-stock items, dispatched from New Delhi: delivered within 7–10 working days of order confirmation.
- Imported-to-order items: delivered within 21–30 days of order confirmation. These products are imported specifically for your order, and each one says “Imported to order” at the top of its product description. This currently includes all products from Maxi-Cosi, Babyark, Master & Dynamic, Melitta, Owlet, SnoreRx, Hubble Connected, BabyBjörn, Trudi, LARQ and Marantz.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an order contains both types of item, the longer delivery time applies to the imported item.
4. Duties and taxes
All prices include GST and, for imported-to-order items, all import duties. You will not be asked to pay anything more on delivery.
5. Order confirmation and tracking
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number that becomes active within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and email photos with your order number to hello@planetexclusive.in within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the courier confirms a shipment is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
7. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, customs clearance or courier disruption can occasionally cause delays. If your order is running late, contact us and we will give you an update.
