The Oura Ring 5 is Oura's most advanced smart ring, redesigned to be 40% smaller by volume while delivering more precise health data. It is crafted entirely from titanium, inside and out, with a super-hard PVD coating on every finish for improved scratch resistance.

New-generation sensors - two tri-LED emitters, two photodetectors and a digital temperature sensor - track sleep stages, heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), temperature trends, stress and activity around the clock. The rebuilt battery lasts 6 to 9 days on a single charge and the ring is water resistant to 100 metres, so it stays on through workouts, swims and saunas.

Available in six finishes - Black, Silver, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold and Deep Rose - in sizes 6 to 13. Oura Ring 5 sizing is different from Oura Ring 4, so we recommend confirming your size with the Oura Ring 5 sizing kit before ordering.
